08 Jun ?? Celebrating World Ocean Day!

On June 8 we have celebrated World Oceans Day by visiting Camelle, a coastal town on the Costa da Morte, to participate in the activities organised by the Mar de Fábula association.

Together with a small group of students, we got to know the project they have been running since 2014. We visited their exhibition of artworks made from marine litter. Mar de Fábula regularly organises coastal clean-ups and promotes art and encourages young people to protect the marine environment.

Afterwards, we carried out a clean-up on the beach of Camelle. It has been an amazing day for us, helping with our small contribution to protect our oceans.
